ZeeVinCeZ Motorcycle Diary - Part 13 - Track Days

How can I say that I am riding a sportsbike if I have not been on the track right? So one fine day, I decided to give it a try, at Pasir Gudang Track.

It was quite fun. Though I am not addicted to it, I decided to try it again.

Well, if you have been following the ZeeVinCeZ Motorcycle Diary, and if you remeber in part 5 I mention a few bikers who are good at wheelie, well, here are some of them in action on the track.

For those who did not follow the ZeeVinCeZ Motorcycle Diary, here is the link to part 5:

Unfortunately, Murphy came into play and one of them had a minor accident....

I must really admit that I am not cut to be on the track. Not only that, I also find that going round in circles on the track is not my cup of tea, I would prefer to go touring and see places with beautiful sceneries.

Since I am on leave and I have got nothing to do. I went to the track again.

Never did I know that it was going to be my last time on the track and it was also my last time seeing my bike. After the track session, I went to Perling mall on the way back to Singapore. But never did I expect that my R1 will be stolen on that day. Never did I see it again. NEVER!!

My bike was on handle bar lock, disc lock was also on, it was covered with a bike cover and it was armed with a bike alarm. The moment u move it, the alarm goes off. However, this does not stop the bike from being its prey. Before I knew it, It disappears into the thin air.

Heres a qoute from the papers in begining of 2006,

"A total of 9500+ car/bikes was stolen in JB alone last year..." Not malaysia hoh, its JB ALONE. and I contributed 1 to it... sigh.....

Well, this put a FULL STOP to my sportsbiking. A new chapter soon began...
