Cambodia trouble - Part 1(Fuel)

I just wanna share the motorcycle encounters of this guy by the name of Nick Ray. He was riding a honda Baja in Cambodia, With no spare parts and know nothing about basic repairs.

It happen at night when he was riding towards Kamping Poy. Suddenly the engine dies. He realise that he has ran out of petrol. Easily, he reaches out for his reserve switch only to realsie that he was already runing on reserve. He quickly open the petrol and he realise that he could see the bottom of his fuel tank.

It is a road with few people around. Non of the usual Fanta & Johnny Walker bottles of petrol sellers can be seen. Normally they are all over the streets, sittingon the side of the road. He had no choice but to push his bike towards to the direction of Battambang. Stangely, this is the only road in cambodia that has no sight of petrol. Normally there will be petrol every 10m.

He push till the extend that the idea of buying a whisky and just bang it into the petrol tank came into his mind. Feeling that he has nothing to lose, he did that. He bought a bottle of 750ml of Cambodia finest whisky and pour everything into the fuel tank.

1st kick start.... nothing happens.....

2nd time... no reaction......

he keep kicking and still no reaction.... (Well... I have never heard of whisky can run an engine... )

it was until his paitience was running out and about the 23rd kick... when the sound of the engine came alive again... Phew!!!! What a relieve...


So... If any of you ran out of petrol somewhere in a romote place and happen to have a bottle of whisky with u, u might wanna forget the idea of drink it yourself but treat it to your bike...

p/s: dont try that in singapore.... not worth the money... too expensive!!!

Superman SEX

Superman was feeling bored after a long break of crime fighting and wanted to go out and party.

He called Batman to ask if he wanted to go to a club & pick up some young girls.

Batman said Robin was ill & he had to look after him.

A little disappointed, Superman "SMS"' Spiderman to see if he fancied a few beers but Spiderman said he had a date with Catwoman.

As a last resort, Superman flew over to Wonderwoman's apartment to see if she was free. As he landed on her balcony, he saw Wonderwoman naked on the bed with her legs open and her eyesclosed.

Superman thought to himself, "So exotic, should I or shouldn't I....wait.... I'm faster than a speeding bullet!

I can be in there, have sex & out again before she knew what happened."

So Superman did his super thing in a split second and flies off happily.

Meanwhile on the bed, Wonderwoman said, "What is going on? Did you hear anything..........????"

Invisible-Man replied, "No! But....... my ASS hurts like hell!"

Motor Culture Asia Issue 5

Issue 5 is out.

As usually I read each and every article in the magazine. And the article on the team27 21st anniversary party caught my attention. Why? Beacuse I was invited to attend the party. And also i did not know that it will appear in the magazine. After reading the article, i went on to see the photos petaining to this read up. Also trying to see if i can find myself in the photo.

ZeeVinCeZ Motorcycle Diary - Part 8 - Act cute, no more

After the self skid on the vespa, I had told myself that a bike with such small wheels are not very safe. Besides, the braking system of vespa is not that good either. Therefore, I had decided to sell it away. But before I can do that, I will have to do up the bike. As for the design, I decided to go for the theme, Cartoon Characters. It was quite an easy job. I told the bike shop not to spray it as I wanna do it myself. So, after I got the bike back from the bike shop, i spray it all black and paste stickers on it.

It had stickers of superman, goofy, pikachu, the panda(pa1 pa1 xiong2), batman, garfield, la4pi3 xiao3 xin1, orh jiao, transformer etc...

Date of ownership: 24th Dec 2004 - June 2005.

Bus lane

As we know, Singapore has recently implemented the whole day bus lane rule for certain areas. Orchard road is one of them. The only way to tell the difference is by looking at the line drawn on the road. Those with red n yellow lines are bus lanes which are operating for the whole day. However, by just drawing an additional line on the road does not effectively stops other drivers in using the bus lane.

So they deploy officers with camera to take photos of drivers using the bus lane illegally and than fine them. But will this really work? Is it really effective?

Well, I have a suggestion for the LTA. Which will keep all vehicles except buses out of the bus lane.

Bikers, you might still have a chance to get around it.... :)
